ICEY WRAP^® was developed when the use of a typical cool tie did not provide the consistent necessary cooling comfort for a couple of Arizona workers when temperatures would rise above 100º degrees.  ICEY WRAP^® has been used in construction zones, inside 140º degree attics, during boating, daily outdoor house chores, walking for exercise, watching spectator sports and other outdoor leisure activities.
