is a neck cooling wrap that can use crushed or cubed ice for cold cooling and it can also be used as a traditional cool tie, all in one.
Simply open the velcro seal and add ice to the internal ice chamber for quick relief. No refrigerator or 10 to 20 minute soaking is needed to refresh your neck wrap.
